1.Quiénes somos
Mis Papeles USA es un servicio de software de autoayuda y preparación de documentos por no-abogados, operado por Crazy-Brain Labs, LLC, una empresa del estado de Florida (EE. UU.). Al usar este sitio y nuestros servicios, aceptas estos Términos y Condiciones en su totalidad.
2.No somos abogados
Mis Papeles USA NO es un bufete de abogados, NO es un “notario” en el sentido latinoamericano, y NO somos abogados licenciados en ningún estado de EE. UU. (incluido Florida). No brindamos asesoría legal, opiniones jurídicas, ni aceptamos honorarios por asesoría legal. Tú te representas a ti mismo/a en tu trámite. Para asesoría legal debes consultar a un abogado de inmigración licenciado.
3.Alcance del servicio (autoayuda / transcripción)
Nuestro servicio se limita a: (a) traducir al español las preguntas del formulario oficial de USCIS, y (b) transcribir y dar formato técnico a las respuestas que tú proporcionas, dentro del PDF oficial de USCIS. Tú eliges el formulario que quieres completar. NO elegimos el formulario ni el beneficio por ti, y NO damos asesoría de elegibilidad ni de estrategia. Si no sabes qué formulario te corresponde, consultá a un abogado.
4.No garantizamos resultados
No garantizamos la aprobación de USCIS ni ningún resultado específico. No somos responsables por demoras, solicitudes de evidencia (RFE), negaciones ni rechazos, incluidos los causados por información incorrecta, incompleta o ambigua que hayas ingresado.
5.Exactitud de la traducción y de tus datos
Tú eres el/la único/a responsable de la exactitud y el significado de la información que ingresas. Transcribimos fielmente lo que escribís. No somos responsables si un término ambiguo en español altera el significado legal de tu respuesta en el formulario en inglés. Debés leer y revisar todo el formulario antes de firmarlo y enviarlo.
6.Tarifas separadas
El pago que nos haces es únicamente por nuestro servicio de preparación y traducción. Las tarifas oficiales de USCIS (filing fees) son APARTE y las pagas directamente al gobierno. Los formularios oficiales de USCIS son gratuitos en uscis.gov.
7.Política de reembolso
Todas las ventas son finales una vez que el formulario completado ha sido generado y entregado. No hay reembolsos por arrepentimiento ni por errores en los datos que tú ingresaste. Sin embargo, si el error fue NUESTRO (un defecto causado por Mis Papeles USA), rehacemos y corregimos tu formulario sin costo. Si hubo una falla técnica y no recibiste tu entrega, contáctanos y lo resolvemos.
8.Tus responsabilidades
Aceptás que es tu responsabilidad: revisar y verificar toda la información; firmar de tu puño y letra (USCIS no acepta firma digital); reunir la evidencia requerida; y enviar tú mismo/a el formulario a USCIS con la tarifa correspondiente.
9.Sin afiliación con el gobierno
Mis Papeles USA no está afiliado ni respaldado por el Servicio de Ciudadanía e Inmigración de EE. UU. (USCIS) ni por ninguna otra agencia del gobierno.
10.Ley aplicable y jurisdicción
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes del estado de Florida. Cualquier disputa relacionada con Mis Papeles USA se someterá a la jurisdicción exclusiva de los tribunales estatales o federales ubicados en el estado de Florida.

2.We are not attorneys
Mis Papeles USA is NOT a law firm, NOT a “notario,” and we are NOT licensed attorneys in any U.S. state (including Florida). We do not provide legal advice or legal opinions, and we do not accept fees for legal advice. You represent yourself in your matter. For legal advice, consult a licensed immigration attorney.
3.Scope of service (self-help / scrivener)
Our service is limited to: (a) presenting the questions of the official USCIS form in plain, easy-to-understand language — translated into Spanish for Spanish-speaking users, or simplified into plain English — and (b) transcribing and technically formatting the answers that you provide, within the official USCIS PDF. You choose the form you want to complete. We do NOT choose the form or benefit for you, and we do NOT provide eligibility or strategy advice. If you are unsure which form applies to you, consult an attorney.
4.No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee USCIS approval or any specific outcome. We are not responsible for delays, Requests for Evidence (RFEs), denials, or rejections, including those caused by incorrect, incomplete, or ambiguous information you entered.
5.Accuracy of translation and of your data
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and meaning of the information you enter. We faithfully transcribe what you type. We are not responsible if an ambiguous term in Spanish changes the legal meaning of your answer on the English-language form. You must read and review the entire form before signing and submitting it.
6.Separate fees
Your payment to us is only for our preparation and translation service. The official USCIS filing fees are SEPARATE and are paid directly to the government by you. Official USCIS forms are free at uscis.gov.
7.Refund policy
All sales are final once the completed form has been generated and delivered. There are no refunds for buyer's remorse or for errors in the data you entered. However, if the error was OURS (a defect caused by Mis Papeles USA), we will redo and correct your form at no cost. If there was a technical delivery failure and you did not receive your package, contact us and we will make it right.
8.Your responsibilities
You agree that it is your responsibility to: review and verify all information; sign by hand in ink (USCIS does not accept digital signatures); gather the required evidence; and submit the form yourself to USCIS with the applicable fee.
9.No government affiliation
Mis Papeles USA is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) or any other government agency.
10.Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute relating to Mis Papeles USA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida.
